Studio on the beach and beautiful sea view

Located just steps from the beach, this studio features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a balcony with panoramic sea views. It also offers access to common areas that include a pool and beautiful gardens.

This space is part of the VidaCoral. units. All our units have basic criteria of location, services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!

By booking you accept the following conditions.

1) You must send us within 24h of your reservation a photo of the official identification of each occupant of legal age. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation

2) Additional guests cannot stay other than those of the reservation.

3) Events are not allowed, after 9pm, please moderate the noise and music

4) Electricity. For stays of less than 14 nights we include 15kWh per night. The surplus will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh and must be paid in cash or transfer on the day of departure. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included.

Thanks for your interest. In some of our units we do a personalized check-in and in others an autonomous check-in. Prior to your arrival we will coordinate the mechanical welcome. We want you to have a happy stay and if there is anything we can do to improve the experience, we will be available at all times.
